About Me

My passion is education and community-building through events. I founded CONVERGE, Washington Film Institute (WFI), The DC Alumni Society, and The Washington Forum.  At these organizations, I’ve been curating cultural and policy-driven gatherings. Learn more about my projects below.

“There is no power for change greater than a community discovering what it cares about.”

Washington Film Institute

The Washington Film Institute (WFI) was created to inspire audiences through film education and the cultivation of the cinematic arts. We do this by developing educational programs and organizing film screenings throughout the year.

DC Alumni Society

The DC Alumni Society (DCAS) organizes events to provide graduates in the DC Metro area with the opportunity to meet and learn from their fellow Alums. Join us for a variety of events: mixers, lectures, book talks, film screenings, and art openings to connect with some of the amazing talent and intellect to be found in the DC alumni community.

The Washington Forum

The Washington Forum was created by to encourage the exchange of ideas and promote education in the fields of art, science, and public policy. Through our event programs and expert-led discussions, we hope to create community and facilitate lifelong learning.

CONVERGE

CONVERGE is inspired by the simple belief that great things can happen when people, ideas, and resources come together in the same space. Our mission is to convene individuals, groups, and organizations from a wide variety of fields —business, science, technology, and the arts—to spark synergies, create new conceptual frameworks, and strengthen communities.
